[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: 12448: Bugfix: Selection of Template Object in new FCE

Hi,
FYI: this was committed to trunk, rev. 26531

The displayCond was a little-bit too restrictive - whenever a regular CE 
was changed to FCE (ctype=templavoila_pi1) the required TO-dropdown 
didn't show up because a valid DS-selection was (obviously) missing.
