[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #2081: Using static DSes for Page and FCE

Hi,

v3 is attached which solves following problems:

v3 mainly fixes the TCA itemsProcFunc which didn't respected staticDS 
before and resulted in "Invalid Value".
Also a missing localisation was added.
This patch also localized complete ext_conf_template.txt

Now all works fine for me.

Additional remark:
Conceptional the ds id now is the (relative) path to the ds file. This 
is saved in pages/tt_content/tx_templavoila_tmplobj.
Because of this concept there are following limitations:
* max. size of relative path is 100 (fields are varchar(100)
I think we should raise that.
* after a ds was created there is no way to rename the template. We need 
a wizard for this.

All in all this feature is very useful as all DS are saved in file which 
gives a better control for edit/backup/svn.
