Same problem as described in bug 12487 related to classic page module 
also occurs in TV page module - pages that do not have own content, 
because they mount the content using the option "show content from this 
page instead", still show their own content areas.

Solution:
Same as done with 4.3 in classic page module: generate a warning and a 
link to the page content is rendered from.

in 4.3 it will be rendered as flashmessage, in version below with own 
warning box, see screenshots.

The FE render works perfect with the setting, no need to fix.
