the "hardcoded" values are exactly the used before (bgColor from 
template.php, changed from inline style to css class) so i moved them to 
stylesheet. As the complete stylesheet is skinnable any skin extension 
can overwrite.

Giving them bgColor classes would make it difficult to overwrite without 
skin extension.
