Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
There were different inline styles for images, missing dimensions 
(makeLocal) and missing CSS classes for container.

Solution:
Use a stylesheet file which can be
* overwritten with pageTS
* skinnable (styleSheetFile2)

Added CSS classes to all containers which reflect the content and state.
Fixed same with non-used items view.
Fixed same with outline view.

This is a general cleanup for the page module which allow very easy 
colorize of elements.
See attached screenshot. Last one is custom sheetfile adding some colors 
and opacity for hidden. Using custom sheetFile with:
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.stylesheet = ../fileadmin/css/tv-pagemodule.css
(is relative to typo3 directory)
