Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
There is no TSconfig for blinding icons.

This patch introduce blinding.
following possible icons can be blinded:
new,edit,copy,cut,ref,paste,browse,delete,makeLocal,unlink,hide

config option for blinding some icons:
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.blindIcons = browse,edit,hide,unlink
