Hi,

i agree that this can confuse.
Anyway we rework on complete list view rewrite as it is not really good 
from usability perspective. This is planned for 4.4 where one main goal 
is to raise usability in BE.

I agree that the visibility of a record has to be more clear (and other 
states too). Now we have the overlay icons which isn't clear enough on 
first view. We will try some other ways, HCI team is involved anyways 
for this task.
