[TYPO3-hci] PHP errors and DocHeader

Usually a website in production should never show PHP errors right ?

But while doing the initial work it's a good idea to see errors but with 
a multiple line error (one showing a full path for example), the 
DocHeader got hidden by text and "save icon" are not reachable...

Is there something we can do or if it's just a question of installing an 
extension?
