[TYPO3-hci] FE Editing Icons --> fe_facelifting ?

if all is working fine, 4.3 will have a brand new AJAX driven fe-editing 
feature which makes the old fe-editing kind of obsolete - although it 
will still be available in a separate extension AFAIK. Changes could 
then go to this extension.
