[TYPO3-hci] New colors for the install tool?

Hello everyone,

as t3skin is the default skin for TYPO3 since quite a bit of time, I
wanted to ask, if it's not also time to change at least the colors of
the install tool to match the skin?! As I had a bit spare time today, I
made a little prototype patch to change the appearance of the install
tool a bit, if you want to have a look at the feature request in the
bugtracker (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10523) where you will find
the basic patch and a screenshot.

Please tell me, what you think.
