[TYPO3-hci] A t3skin paragrap has no margin below

and links are not clearly visible as links. I like 'modern_skin' very 
much, as it's much more usable then default T3 skin due to semantically 
highlighted content and it looks like a modern webApp. T3 skin 
definitely lacks of a color for highlighting things.
