[TYPO3-hci] Constants Editor Enhancements

Hi,

I also love the new function! Looks cool!

About the "Update" button: The label "Update" isn't very precise 
anymore. Maybe we could do the following:

1) Relabel the button into "Save".
2) Have it disabled by default.
3) As soon as something "changed", the button is Enabled, which visually 
indicates to the user that it has to be clicked to get the changes saved.
