[TYPO3-hci] Icon for web site languages

Hi,

I'm moving this suggestion from core list to this one.

With the rash of new icons introduced there was a discussion on 
replacing the one for Website Languages too, but there's a shortage of 
ideas about what icon could be used.

I made a suggestion about using a speech bubble and here is a refined 
version. What do you think?
