Yes, the idea is that an admin can create such a wizard and connect it 
to a BE user or usergroup. The BE user then sees the available wizards 
for him after the login on his dashboard.


Ideally this would be a merge of sys_actions, the functions module and 
be so easy to set up that admins can create flexible workflows and 
attach them to BE users easily. Also, the whole thing should be very 
user-friendly (that's the main goal here).
