[TYPO3-hci] Why t3skin sucks right now?

Hey guys,

me again. I'm taking the momentum right now to ask you: Why are you 
using a different skin than t3skin? We want to make t3skin awesome for 
4.3, so that we can get rid of oldskin (make it a TER ext), change 
t3skin that much that it's going to be awesome, so I really NEED your 
input here.

My downsides (I'm still using it):

- Mixture of completely different iconsets
- The background grey is a bit cold and the contrast it not well-thought-out
- It feels slower than oldskin
- It's incomplete
