[TYPO3-hci] Inconsistencies in icons

Hi

Icons have inconsistencies concerning 'h' and 'x'
* sometime 'h' is small red sign - used with other sign (be_users__ht.gif)
* sometimes 'h' has as big red sign as 'x' (pages_notinmenu__h - 
pages_shortcut__x.gif)
* sometimes 'x' is a big red sign (pages_shortcut__x.gif)
* sometimes 'x' is a question sign (be_users__x.gif)

What could be consistent
* 'h' always *small* red sign
* 'x' *always* either big red sign or question mark
