I don't uknow what you mean by "AD-Break".
Anyway tm_shared_lib has functionality dealing proper way docheaders - 
endeed works currently just for few class files (nav. frame and 
alt_doc.php). I made a proper patch for that issues, but because this 
will be somewhat done in Typo3 4.3 maybe core team forgot my patch.
