[TYPO3-hci] Proposal of small t3skin Icon Changes for 4.2

Hi,
don't take me wrong please but in my opinion each of these icons could 
be used to "go one element up in pagetree". It's like there is too less 
visual difference. Having many arrows pointing upwards is not good, 
especially not folder-up.png.

By the way: what about not doing every icon specificly for TYPO3 but 
using something like Tango? Their icons look quite pretty and it 
wouldn't matter if T3 icons are created or Tango icons are created and 
used. It would be the same amount of work but others could benefit and 
T3 users would be able to use T3 faster.
