[TYPO3-hci] Proposal of small t3skin Icon Changes for 4.2

Hey all,

I still noticed some differences in the icons in 4.2 and I thought we 
could do little damage control until 4.2 final. This is a small 
usability change in t3skin, and you in the HCI team agree with them, I'd 
do a commit for 4.2 final. See the screenshots attached.

Upload:
NOW: icons/gfx/upload.gif
SHOULD BE what is now "up one page": icons/gfx/i/pages_up.gif

Going one folder up (stays):
NOW: t3skin/icons/gfx/i/folder_up.gif

Going one page up:
NOW: icons/gfx/i/pages_up.gif
SHOULD BE same as "up one folder": t3skin/icons/gfx/i/folder_up.gif

If you like it, I'd do the small switch (no need for a RFC in the core 
list since this is a non-functional change and HCI-related).

BTW... while we're at it. The "New File" icon in the file list is also 
quite horrible in t3skin...
