[TYPO3-hci] Make Sysfolder appears as Web Module

Hi Rupi,

i did a little debug on Ben's site. The problem there is the template file.

i get empty debug:

$this->doc->setModuleTemplate('mod_ttnews_admin.html');

t3lib_div::debug($this->doc->moduleTemplate,'debug');

so the reason is that the template file isn't found, markers are filled
correct.
I wonder why this is, on my site it works fine.

Hope that helps,

vg Steffen
