[TYPO3-hci] Typo3-Survey

Hello,

a short intermediate result of the TYPO3 usability survey:

We got over 700 complete answers right now. Julien translated the survey 
  to French so French editors/admins can also fill out the gizmo :)
(thanks Julien for translation and thanks Patrick for putting it in)
