[TYPO3-hci] What can we do?

Well, I'd say it's a page for both.

An example: I am going to write down the idea of the revised extension 
manager, it's a small idea of mine and people who have time and money 
can work on it. This is going to be a "maybe" task. But on the other 
hand we see that something is going on right now with the new Installer. 
People can help the devs coding etc.

The new page is taking these ideas and form tasks out of them.

Also - please share your ideas here on the ML. I'd be thrilled to see 
more action in the HCI sectore.
