[TYPO3-hci] Extension Manager - Usability

Hi Benjamin,

i like your Idears.

But, I think it even could be more structured.
Two levels of navigation would be the first ... i think :)
Don't get me wrong: I LIKE IT MUCH MORE THAN THE ACTUAL ONE!
