Funny thing I never noticed it. I have perhaps seen it but I never us the 
content menu in Web>page so I was not aware of this.

IMHO it's not consisnten if Web>List has clipboard icons and Web>page doesn't.

So to speak excpet for the checkboxes for multi element operations you 
don't need icons in Web>List because it could have also content-menu-only 
clipboard operations.
