[TYPO3-hci] New Web Module based on Dojo Toolkit

Hi again,

I packaged the extension and recorded a video

This extension is just tested on Typo 4.0.2. The code must be cleaned
and organized, its just a very earlier test

When first time is loaded the module, get some time in get loaded all
the JS, this is because i am using the dojo.js whit the whole
libraries, this will be solvent in the next releases.
