[TYPO3-hci] Usability testing in lab?

a) We could vote?
b) We could set up an expert panel to decide?
c) We could let those decide who are ready to implement it?

For my suggestions today (see Kickoff mail) they are bound to things  
i'm asked to do for a client anyway.
