So, I think the PHP-built-in soap-client is always missing in PHP5. I
think this is important for the installation-manuals ;-)

What is the new entry in your phpinfo.php ?

This extension is only available if PHP was configured with --enable-soap.

The behaviour of these functions is affected by settings in php.ini.

This extension makes use of the GNOME xml library. Download and install
this library.
