[TYPO3-hci] Task

Hi Martin,
I'd be happy to invest some time in this over the next weeks. I assume 
we're talking about moving the labels into locallang.php files, or is 
there another recommended way ? I'm not that familiar with the core code 
but with some instructions I could go a long way (I know my way around 
PHP and typical TYPO3 extension code).
