[TYPO3-hci] New time input system for T3?

I recently came across a script that does both the date2cal style popup 
and natural language parsing.  See http://datebocks.inimit.com/.

It's all client-side Javascript so integration with TYPO3 wouldn't be 
hard, but I don't think it currently supports localization. It does show 
how we can get the best of both worlds with natural language and date 
popups :)
