No. As you pointed out the Mysql error means nothing to you. And

This is possible, a stack trace could be delivered. But be aware this is 
usually a huge block of text. You sometimes see such back traces on Java 
driven sites.

Well, that's obvious if something's wrong, call the sysadmin. If you are 
the admin but are clueless, call whomever. I expeect at least some degree 
of independent thinking in a user.
