[TYPO3-hci] PPT Chart 66 Ext. install

Both. ;)

1. As i sad in my PPT ... Last Install Step should be a EXT. selection to 
Install them directly.
2. And ... try get s smaller Installer size. No need for more than one file. 
(Dummy.zip, Core.zip ...)
