[TYPO3-hci] PPT Chart 89

I added this Screen because Plesk make complex thinks
a lot easier and maybe because of a good HCI.

At this Screen i like the Ideas. Maybe there could be
creative way to trans fair the Ideas of it to the Typo3
Dashboard.

- Big Icons with Main- and Sub-Functions
- Favorites (Recent Work/Shortcuts ...)

User = Editors, ... Administrators ... so this would be a
Dashboard for a Admin :)
