I think it would be better to use regular form-buttons for dialog-boxes. Those hidden small links are not that common for those dialogs. And form-buttons can also have icons if they are generated with '<button><img ...> buttontext</button>' or so. But I'm not shure how widely the <button>-tag is supported. Just stumbeled over it once.
