[TYPO3-hci] PPT Chart 66 Ext. install

Chart 66 Ext. install: The extension part of the installation process
would probably improve peoples view of TYPO3 directly after the install.
As it is know (or at least when i installed 4.0rc2) there are lots of
extension you want to fetch directly. Maybe more extensions should be
included in the distribution? Take top 10 extensions from TER or somehting.
