Chart 55: Recache all sites should be a nice option and could probably add some 'cron' job flexiblity to Typo3. There is a configure option clearcacheatmidnight(or something like that). If you could add rebuild cache at every x hour or so that would be nice also. Then ext. could hook that and fetch external data.
