For Düsseldorf as a location I could provide the "booking service" for the
meeting and hotel rooms. During the German marketing meeting we have been at
a location with a capacity from 10 up to 100 people. Meeting rooms are
scalable using movable walls and the technical equipment is OK.

They offer a conference package including breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
for <=50 EU per person per day. Lunch can be buffet style or menu. Quality
is excellent.

The house is located inside the former "BUGA" (Bundesgartenschau => lit.
Federal Garden Show) area which makes it a very comfortable and quiet place.

We have been talking about Frankfurt as another option, since there is an
international Airport too. So is there anybody in Hamburg or Frankfurt
offering a similar location? Anybody who wants to manage that?

But first we need to know, what we are going to do during this meeting.
Then we need a fixed date that has to be coordinated with the team and the
owner(s) of the location(s).

I will start another thread for the discussion of a possible agenda.
Maybe some of the "wikings" in this team can setup a page to collect the
information (if this is not done yet)
