Ah! But you see, you're bringing up a reason from a PROGRAMMER's 
perspective (although you may be perfectly right!) If we are to make 
Typo3 more intuitive, the PROGRAMMER inevitably must jump through many 
more hoops to make USERS just a little bit more happy.

A USER does not care what cache saves what and how it affects performance.

Thus, the challenge is: PROGRAMMERS, please find a way to separate 
UserTS and PageTS from ONE textarea so you can cache them seperately.

Bottom line: if you can't explain it to your mother, it's not simple enough!
