Sorry ... Then I have misunderstood it ... We should have clarified this offlist
but I was somehow upset by what I read ....

I just wrote a mail to a friend of mine which is part of the FSF ... hopefully he
can give me some answers.

Well ... Then this was really a big misunderstanding ...
I just read again and again your sentence now ... and I think I got your meaning ...
I'm no native english speaker so pherhaps this caused the problems ...
I will repeat it in my word as I understood it now:
"As the code has to be under the GPL because its a part of TYPO3 I will not give away a "trial" as
someone (not even you directly) could put it in TER or somewhere else and I will not get anything
for it."
I will contact you offlist again.
