[TYPO3-hci] Backend in "Mambo"-Mode

NO! I think Mambo is much more worse than Typo3!

Take a look in the Skin Podcast from Kasper, there
you gona see how this big icon thing in Typo3 will
look like. But plz don't take Mambo for the pro. part. :)
