All my BE Users are asking me those enhancements (And they are about 100)
What is the most asked is a *very* simple dashboard to add news without 
spending time to open page trees, search for the news storage page... 
Especially, for "new learning" BE User, it could be a good way to begin 
  with Typo3 without being afraid to break all down.

So, very good ideas IMHO
