[TYPO3-hci] Link Management à la Dreamweaver

I like the idea very much, since this feature saves a lot of time in 
dreamweaver.
According the "how to": Are there other programs doing something like 
this than dreamweaver? Because keeping concepts consistent beetween 
programs should be one major point in usability. I'll set up a thread 
for this...
