I don't care for implementation details for now, so even pagetypes may
stay technically. I'd only appreciate a stricter enforcement of what can
reasonably be done with what type (configured with TS config) and more
consistency.
Since conceptually pages, shortcuts and sysfolders are *very* different
things we should offer to explicitly create any one of them with one
click, just like any other record.
Even in UNIX you do not create a file first and then change it into a
directory - you explicitly create a directory although technically it's
almost the same as a file or a symlink ...
That's what I have in mind about getting rid of pagetypes: Turn one page
object with X types into Y (seemingly) different objects that may be
implemented with the same table columns or not, that's a matter of
abstraction.
