[TYPO3-hci] TS object support texts?

Hi!

TS Object browser is a really nice thing but I got an idea how it could
be improved.

It should be possible through some kind of tagging to display small
supportive text when you are about to edit a entry. For instance a list
of allowed values or value types along side a small explanation. I have
noticed that many TS-setup.txt files already have some notes in them -
why not allow them to be displayed in TS object browser?
