[Typo3-extrev] "My Extention" extentions in TER

I have this problem too.
It is important to inform *page properties*. Changing the main header, 
headers and footers is not enough.

But it takes time to get it right - I uploaded a proper version of my 
manual but it still has 'My Extension'...
