[TYPO3-ect] Extension t3calendar composer install from TER fails

Sorry - I cited the error wrong. It's:

[Composer\Downloader\TransportException]
"https://typo3.org/extensions/repository/download/t3calendar/0.2.0/t3x/"
file could not be downloaded (HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error)

I was able to reproduce the behaviour and filed an issue on forge: 
https://forge.typo3.org/issues/80435
