[TYPO3-ect] Bug with charset conversion - solution found

ok, found it now. It seemed, that the 'funny' patch TortoiseSVN created 
was related to a charset conversion of the file, which my primary editor 
seemed to do in background. I now made the changes in notepad and the 
diff is now correct.
