[TYPO3-ect] pear importer - classpath

Hello Ingo,

when there's a global PEAR-folder what the hoster provides and a local
folder with newer package-versions the "auto-pilot" gives this situation
as example:

.:/usr/share/php:/home/www/danielbruessler.de/public_html/typo3conf/ext/pear/PEAR:/usr/share/pear

Is this optimal?
