[TYPO3-ect] locallang_db.xml not translated by lib/div

i think this bug is fixed in the SVN Version. I use the current TER
Version and fixed it how I explained here:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=6082

For me this works for labels like <label index="project.name">Project
name</label>
