Maybe qooxdoo (http://qooxdoo.org/) could be included as well.
It is mainly widget orientated but it could be interesting for some 
developers.
For example GMX (one of the biggest free mail provider in germany) uses 
it for their new UI.
(There is also an article in the current T3N magazine about it.)
