Hi Ries,

lol. Don't come with the same example again and again. Hmmm, probably it was
someone else ... It certainly has a special charm, that the developers of
xajax don't manage to get the best out of it themself. However others do. 

Nobody tells that xajax automatically falls back. But it can be used to do
so. You have to apply it in a intelligent way. This makes the difference of
a professional and hobbyist. :-) However it isn't that difficult. It's
simple to understand that you can pump the same code through the ajax pipe
or send it to the browser in form of a classical response page.

By the way, within a recent discussion in the V5 list, you will find Roberts
position to this question. Also V5 will hold to server side programming. 

There are many usecases for javascript libraries, but they usually extend
the use of ajax and don't replace it. Like with apples and pears, you don't
get apple juice out of pears.
